Encryption in transit & at rest
All traffic is served over HTTPS/TLS, and data is stored on managed infrastructure that encrypts it at rest — so information is protected both on the wire and in the database.
Role-based access control (RBAC)
Admins, teachers and parents each get their own app and see only what their role allows. A parent sees their own child; a teacher sees their classes; the office sees the whole school.
Per-school data isolation
Every school runs in its own secure, isolated space enforced by database row-level security (RLS), so one school can never see another school’s data.
Secure payments
Fees are collected through established local payment methods (JazzCash & EasyPaisa). SkoolPro does not store raw card or wallet credentials on its own servers.
Backups & reliability
Data lives on managed, automatically backed-up infrastructure, so your records are durable and recoverable — not sitting on a single office computer.

SkoolPro is operated by SKOOLPRO (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, a company registered with the SECP in Pakistan, accountable under local law.
Standards we build on
- Hosted on infrastructure from providers that maintain independent SOC 2 security compliance (our application and database run on Vercel and Supabase).
- Row-Level Security (RLS) enforces per-school data boundaries at the database layer, not just in the app.
- Least-privilege access: staff accounts get only the permissions their role needs.
- Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS) end to end.

Your data is yours
We collect only what a school needs to run — students, classes, fees, attendance and communication — and use it only to provide the service to that school.
We don’t sell school or parent data, and each school’s information stays isolated to that school. Parents can request account deletion at any time.

Who can see my child’s information?
Access is role-based. Parents see only their own child’s information, teachers see their assigned classes, and school administrators manage their own school — nothing is shared across schools.
How does SkoolPro handle fee payments securely?
Payments are processed through established local methods such as JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Each payment is matched to the correct student automatically, and SkoolPro does not store raw payment credentials on its servers.
